Airports

BIMON operates internationally alongside public and private companies. We work in different industries supporting our clients in the realization of complex interventions using BIM and Digital Twin technologies and developing AI solutions.

Industry Overview

The air transport sector is growing rapidly: by 2025 almost twice as many passengers as in 2015 are expected, and 30 percent more cargo.

This means that airports also need to grow: new terminals, new facilities, new runways, internal and external communication infrastructure, a great opportunity to best employ the BIM method and new technologies. BIMON supports its clients in this process of transformation and development through the use of BIM methodology and the implementation of new technologies. This represents a decisive technological innovation for achieving the objectives of rationalization and environmental sustainability for the management of the entire life cycle of airport infrastructure, from design to construction, to maintenance and redevelopment activities.
