BIMON is a company founded in 2015 at the intersection of construction and ICT. We create digital assets of buildings and infrastructure and use data to improve the way they are designed, built and operated.

Our goal is to make building life cycles more efficient and sustainable, cutting errors, time and costs. We work for owners, contractors, architecture practices and engineering firms.

BIM is the heart of digitalisation. We work across industries, from airports to hospitals, supporting clients on complex projects with BIM and Digital Twin technologies and developing AI solutions.

## Design & Planning Automation

We start from the survey and deliver a coordinated design. Scan to BIM, BIM engineering, MEP design and information management to ISO 19650. Scripts and algorithms automate repetitive tasks and check model quality.

## Construction Digital Twin

On site, the model becomes a control tool. We link time and cost to BIM (4D and 5D), monitor progress with field data and AI analysis, and return dashboards every project stakeholder can read.

## Asset Digital Twin

After handover, the digital twin follows the building in operation. We integrate the as-built model with BMS and IoT sensors for maintenance, Facility Management and energy monitoring.

## Projects

- [Mexico City Airport](https://bimon.it/en/projects/mexico-city-airport.md): For Astaldi, BIMON built the multidisciplinary BIM model of the Intermodal Territorial Interconnection Center (CITT) of the new Mexico City Airport at tender stage. 4D/5D simulations of time and cost helped optimise the solutions proposed in the bid.
- [Etlik Health Campus](https://bimon.it/en/projects/etlik-health-campus.md): For Astaldi, BIMON designed the mechanical systems of the Etlik Health Campus in Ankara and supported the design of the electrical systems and civil works. The BIM model was also used to manage site progress and control construction costs.
- [Prato Hospital Digital Twin](https://bimon.it/en/projects/prato-hospital-digital-twin.md): For Impresa Pizzarotti, BIMON created the digital model of Prato Hospital and all its MEP systems, analysed the available data and connected the model to the hospital's management systems. The result is a Digital Twin built to reduce energy consumption and optimise maintenance.
- [Doha Metro Red Line North Underground](https://bimon.it/en/projects/doha-red-line-north.md): BIMON supported Italferr in the BIM management and coordination of all stations of the Doha Metro Red Line North Underground, about 13 km and seven new underground stations. BIMON was also responsible for the BIM detailed design of the plumbing systems of four stations.
- [CERN Science Gateway](https://bimon.it/en/projects/cern-science-gateway.md): For CERN's Science Gateway in Geneva, BIMON designed the electrical and special systems and coordinated all MEP systems. The BIM model drove planning and cut risks and costs during construction.
- [ECMWF Data Centre](https://bimon.it/en/projects/ecmwf-datacenter.md): For the new Data Centre of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), BIMON produced the digital models of the facility and verified the coordination of the multidisciplinary design, starting from a laser scan survey and the detailed design.
- [King Faisal Air Academy](https://bimon.it/en/projects/king-faisal-air-academy.md): The project covers the design and construction of a new military city of 109 buildings, including residences, mosques and barracks. BIMON delivered the MEP construction design for every building, multidisciplinary coordination at all design stages and the validation of the BIM models.
- [MIND Milano Innovation District](https://bimon.it/en/projects/mind-milano-innovation-district.md): For Lendlease, BIMON handles Masterplan Data Management and BIM Management for the entire MIND site, the one-million-square-metre innovation district on the former EXPO 2015 grounds. We built custom Business Intelligence to validate all project data.
