# Chorus Life

> Chorus Life is the smart district that regenerates a 150,000 m² abandoned site in Bergamo. BIMON created the digital models of the electrical and mechanical systems and provided design support at different stages of the process.

## Context

Chorus Life is a smart district built to bring technology and well-being, individual and social, together. On the 150,000 m² brownfield site stand an arena with up to 6,500 seats, a 1,000-space car park, a spa with a medical centre, a sky-jogging trail, a 250-room hotel and an 80-unit residence.

It is the first application, in Bergamo, of a digitised City of the Future concept and one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Italy. The model will be replicated in Pietra Ligure and other Italian locations.

The spaces are wired with an invisible technology layer that makes the model replicable and keeps places and people in constant dialogue. An integrated digital system lets people connect to Chorus Life anywhere, anytime, with advanced security for visitors and residents. The project follows tangible, measurable sustainability criteria.

## BIMON's scope

For United Consulting, BIMON created the BIM models of the electrical and mechanical systems and supported the design team at different stages of the process.

A project of this size means large volumes of data and objects. We developed custom BIM automation tools, built on the client's standards and needs, that cut manual and repetitive work and made the model's outputs more reliable.

## Results

### MEP BIM models

Digital models of the electrical and mechanical systems and design support across several stages.

### BIM automation

Ready-to-use tools, built on the client's standards, to handle large volumes of data and objects faster.

- Custom, ready-to-use tools based on client standards and needs
- Faster operations on large volumes of data and objects
- Fewer manual, repetitive actions and better quality of work
- Reliable outputs from a controlled, error-reducing process
- Stronger digital transformation processes
