BIM Coordinator Architecture
The BIM Coordinator is the discipline lead and coordinates the project team. As BIM Coordinator Architecture you will work on large-scale civil projects with integrated modelling, handling coordination, analysis and checking.
What you will do
- Organise and check the work of one or more delivery teams on different projects
- Manage architectural models and design information from bid to project closeout
- Manage BIM models and their level of development
- Deliver digital outputs and share information with other discipline teams
- Produce reports and progress updates on work and teams
- Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings
What we look for
- Degree in architecture or building engineering, with a grade of at least 100/110
- At least 2 years in architecture and 2 years coordinating architectural BIM projects
- Ability to analyse and check architectural projects
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Nice to have
- Autodesk Revit professional certification
- Automating modelling tasks with macros and scripts (Dynamo, Grasshopper)
- Experience in teams using Agile project management
- Experience abroad (Erasmus, internships at international firms)
