BIM Specialist Architecture
We are looking for a BIM Specialist for design and construction processes in the architectural discipline. You will develop the architectural projects assigned to you and the related BIM work, coordinating with designers and other disciplines.
What you will do
- Create architectural BIM models and model project information from bid to closeout
- Work with Senior Designers on design development and with the BIM Coordinator on the BIM process
- Develop models to company standards and the BIM requirements set by the BIM Coordinator
- Extract and process project data from the model in an organised way
- Produce drawings from the model: plans, sections, details
- Resolve clashes with other disciplines
- Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings
What we look for
- Degree in architecture or a related subject, with a grade of at least 100/110
- At least 2 years in architecture and 2 years in architectural BIM modelling
- Ability to read architectural drawings straight away
- Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of BIM processes and key information management documents
- Estimating software (Primus, Primus IFC, CPM)
- Microsoft Office and English at B2 level
- Autonomy, team spirit and a bent for coordination

- CDE platforms such as BIM 360 Docs and BIM 360 Design Collaboration
