BIM Specialist On-Site
We are looking for a BIM Specialist to work on our construction sites in Florence and Turin. You will support day-to-day site operations with model views and quick edits, small localised surveys and as-built modelling, in coordination with the project team.
What you will do
- Build architectural BIM models to internal standards and client requirements
- Support the team with as-built modelling and carry out small localised surveys
- Extract and process project data from the model in an organised way
- Set up and extract drawings from the model: plans, sections, details
- Manage incoming client information and filter daily site communications to the coordinators
- Resolve clashes with other disciplines, supporting the BIM Coordinator
- Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings
What we look for
- Degree in architecture or a related subject, with a grade of at least 100/110
- At least 2 years' experience in architecture and 2 years in architectural BIM modelling
- Ability to read architectural drawings straight away
- Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Understanding of BIM processes and key information management documents
- Autonomy, team spirit and a bent for coordination
Nice to have
- Professional licence
- BIM Specialist or software certification
- Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks
