Mechanical Systems Designer
We are looking for a designer for the mechanical systems discipline, to work on national and international projects. You need experience in system design, calculation and sizing, and in coordinating project teams.
What you will do
- Design, calculate and size mechanical and plumbing systems
- Organise and check the work of one or more delivery teams on different projects
- Produce reports and progress updates on work and teams
- Coordinate with engineers from other companies and disciplines
- Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings
What we look for
- Degree in civil, mechanical or environmental engineering, with a grade of at least 100/110
- Professional registration
- At least 5 years' experience in mechanical systems design
- At least 1 year's experience coordinating BIM MEP projects
- Knowledge of the main MEP calculation software and industry technical standards
- Ability to analyse and check MEP designs
- Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Autodesk Revit professional certification
- Experience abroad (Erasmus, internships at international firms)
- Interest in research, innovation and digital design technologies
