Project Manager MEP
We are looking for a Project Manager for the building services (MEP) sector, to manage contracts with a digital approach and a focus on data. You need experience in project management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and running complex projects.
What you will do
- Manage MEP contracts with a digital, data-focused approach
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
- Plan the activities, schedule and resources of each contract
- Apply BIM processes and information management documentation
- Be the client's point of contact for project progress
What we look for
- At least 3 years in BIM, 1 year in project management and 2 years on multidisciplinary projects
- Command of national and international BIM standards
- Knowledge of BIM documentation: BEP, oGI, pGI, information requirements (CI)
- Command of project management protocols
- Degree in architecture, engineering or economics
- English at B2 level
- Navisworks (basic), CDE platforms (BIM 360 Docs, BIM 360 Design Collaboration), MS Project
- Ability to deal with clients and to organise people and time
Nice to have
- PMP certification (highly recommended) or other professional certification
- Study or work experience abroad
- Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, Power BI
- Project tools: Teamwork, Trello, Confluence, Jira, Miro
- Another foreign language
