BIM Coordinator MEP
The BIM Coordinator is the discipline lead and coordinates the project team. As BIM Coordinator MEP you will work on large building services projects with integrated modelling, handling coordination, analysis and checking.
What you will do
- Organise and check the work of one or more delivery teams on different projects
- Manage MEP models and design information from bid to project closeout
- Manage BIM models and their level of development
- Deliver digital outputs and share information with other discipline teams
- Produce reports and progress updates on work and teams
- Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings
What we look for
- Degree in civil, mechanical or environmental engineering, with a grade of at least 100/110
- At least 2 years in building services and 2 years coordinating BIM MEP projects
- Ability to analyse and check MEP projects
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Nice to have
- Master's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical)
- Autodesk Revit professional certification
- Automating modelling tasks with macros and scripts (Dynamo, Grasshopper)
- Experience in teams using Agile project management
- Experience abroad (Erasmus, internships at international firms)
