Engagement models
Embedded BIM management
A BIMON BIM manager or coordinator works with your team for an agreed number of days: rules, coordination meetings, checks, on-the-job training.
When to choose it: When the project is running and needs direction.
Embedded BIM manager, per day: from €850
Dedicated team
A team of modellers and coordinators dedicated to your project, with a BIMON project manager as single point of contact. It is sized on the project stages.
When to choose it: When the workload exceeds your in-house team.
Framework agreement
Rules, rates and standards agreed once, then individual orders across several assets. It is how we survey and digitise areas of Fiumicino airport for Aeroporti di Roma.
When to choose it: When you own a portfolio of buildings or infrastructure.
Typical phases of a BIM implementation
Typical durations for an organisation or project of medium complexity. We confirm them after the assessment.

Assessment
Interviews, review of software, documents and live projects. The output is a report with priorities and a plan.

Standards and requirements
Information requirements, BIM execution plan, templates, naming and checking rules, CDE set-up.

Pilot project
The rules are tested on a real project, with support and on-the-job training, and corrected before they are rolled out.

Roll-out
The rules move to the other projects. We stay on as support by the day or with periodic model checks.
Indicative prices
'Starting from' prices, excluding VAT, for work in Italy. They are an order of magnitude for budgeting: the quote depends on documents, requirements and site conditions. Projects abroad add travel and mobilisation.

From €4/m² for a low-detail architectural model up to €18-30/m² for a high-detail model including MEP. Minimum order €5,000.

Checking rules based on the information requirements, a non-conformity report and a close-out meeting. For a federated multi-discipline model, from €4,500 per cycle.
